Need For Speed [Undercover] I am not a games fan. Yes I enjoy playing Pro Evolution Soccer 2009 with my friend George on his PS3, but that’s it. I have a couple of games on my iMac but I rarely play with them.

Out of curiosity and low price, I have purchased a couple of games from the Appstore for my iPod Touch. It’s a 1st generation 16 GB iPod Touch, pretty useful if you are on the road often. I never believed that this device will be so useful and time consuming on the airports, trains, cars, etc.

When I bought Need For Speed Undercover for the iPod Touch I thought, hey that’s another wanna-be game. It’s only 5,49 €, how good can this be? Well it is. If you have played the original game on your Macintosh computer or on a Playstation, you will see that it’s very very similar.

The Need For Speed for the iPod Touch takes advantage of the build-in accelerometer to make driving easy. I think that other prodigious racing games are on the way, but NFSu has put the standards on another level. The action is flawless on my 1st generation iPod. You can imagine how will this run on the new iPhone? It will be amazing!

The cars are real and you can still improve and adjust them as you like! You can change the colour of the car, improve the handling, the speed or the nitro supercharger! It takes some time to find the right moves sure, but it’s not that hard to do.

It’s a worthy title for 5,49 € you can’t get so much fun in any other platform, I tell you. A PS3 game will cost you more than 25 USD or 35 EUR. This one costs less than a drink on a Greek night club!

If you have an iPhone / iTouch and you like games give it a go. It will pay back, I promise!
