Paypal charges new fees without notifying it’s customers!
According to gadgetell Paypal began charging new fees without informing it’s customers. I did not get any kind of email notifying me about this new deal, although I used paypal last time, a couple of days ago to pay an online service with my credit card. It’s outrageous.
